1. General principle

Purchases made on the Gas Nations website are considered firm and final, except where a refund is expressly allowed under this policy or required by applicable U.S. consumer protection laws.

Because we sell regulated refrigerants and related products, many items cannot be resold once shipped. For safety, regulatory, and quality‑control reasons, returns are limited and strictly evaluated.

2. Situations where a refund may be considered

A refund or replacement may be considered in the following situations:

  • Confirmed duplicate or erroneous payment processed on the same order.
  • Order not delivered due to an error attributable to us or our carrier partners.
  • You received the wrong product compared to what appears on your order confirmation.
  • Product was significantly damaged in transit and the issue is documented upon delivery.
  • We are required by applicable law to provide a refund or replacement.

We may request photos, delivery documentation, or other reasonable proof in order to review your claim.

3. Situations not eligible for refund

In particular, the following cases are not eligible for refund:

Do not ship any items back to us without prior written authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused and will not qualify for a refund.

Payments made via a saved card or recurring billing token are subject to the same refund conditions. Deleting a saved payment method or canceling future charges does not automatically entitle you to a refund for amounts already charged.
