Reseller Requirements

Brand Representation
- Accurately represent products and uphold Refrigerant Gas's brand image.
- Use of logos, images, and descriptions must follow Refrigerant Gas guidelines.
- Edits to official content must remain accurate and non-misleading.
Sales Channels
- Own-site sales are encouraged; reputable marketplace sales are permitted.
- Retailers must comply with each channel's terms and policies.
- No channel conflicts such as misleading bundles or listings are permitted.
Prohibited Practices
- Purchasing for personal use under a wholesale account.
- Reselling to other wholesalers or distributors without authorization.
- Misrepresenting product condition, specifications, or warranty terms.
- Any activity that harms Refrigerant Gas's reputation or violates applicable laws or policies.
Account Approval & Order Acceptance
- Refrigerant Gas reviews and approves wholesale applications at its discretion.
- Orders may be refused or canceled for fraud, policy violations, or other legitimate reasons.
Payment Terms
- Prepaid: All wholesale orders must be paid in full prior to shipment.
- Accepted Methods: Stripe (major cards), PayPal, ACH/wire transfer (for approved accounts).
Shipping
- Orders ship from our warehouse; carrier is selected based on order size and destination.
- Tracking details are provided upon dispatch.
Free Shipping
- Free shipping is available for all orders placed on our website at refrigerantgas.net.
- Oversized or special items may be excluded; if applicable, we will notify you before fulfillment.
Fulfillment
- Orders typically fulfill within 1 business day after payment confirmation.
- Bulk and B2B orders are accepted; please coordinate palletized or scheduled deliveries in advance.
Returns & Order Issues
- If purchased through Refrigerant Gas, contact us to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.
- Unauthorized returns may be refused.
- Items should be unused and in original packaging unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Damaged Items
- Inspect all shipments upon arrival and report any issues within 5 days with photos and order details.
- We will work quickly to resolve issues with a replacement, credit, or another appropriate remedy.
