If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days from the delivery date.
Eligible Returns
Your item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- Returned in the original packaging
- Free from damage not related to manufacturing defects
- Sent with the original receipt or order confirmation
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or special-order items
- Used or opened refrigerant cylinders
- Refrigerants that have been discharged or partially used
- Items modified or altered from their original condition
- Items returned without original packaging
Return Authorization (RA) Required
All returns require a Return Authorization (RA). Contact us before sending anything back.

- We'll send your RA number and return instructions
Return Shipping
- Free return label provided — download and print from your order confirmation email
- No restocking fees on any return
- Please package items securely to prevent damage during transit
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the return
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- No restocking fees deducted from any refund
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted for defective items, wrong items shipped, or a different size or model of the same product (subject to availability).
How it works: Request exchange authorization → Ship the item with your RA number → We ship the replacement after receipt and inspection.
Damaged or Defective Items
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Send clear photos of the damage or defect and the packaging to support@refrigerantgas.net
- We will arrange a full refund or free replacement promptly
Hazardous Materials
- Refrigerants classified as hazardous may require special return handling
- Contact us before shipping any refrigerant return for instructions
